QuoteKit provides embeddable quote calculators for offline and trades businesses. For privacy questions, contact us at support@quotekit.xyz.

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit quotekit.xyz, create an account, configure a calculator, submit a quote request, or receive notifications through email, phone, Telegram, or similar channels.

Account data can include your name, email address, company name, password authentication data, subscription status, and support messages.

Calculator and lead data can include product selections, dimensions, notes, approximate quote results, customer name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and requested contact time.

Technical data can include IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, cookie identifiers, and logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use personal data to provide QuoteKit, authenticate users, operate hosted calculators, deliver leads to businesses, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data to understand conversion, reliability, and product usage. We do not sell personal data.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Ukraine where similar principles apply, we process data when it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, or when you have given consent.

You can withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. This does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and notification infrastructure.

Payments are processed by Paddle or another merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers. Notification channels such as email or Telegram may receive lead details when a business enables those integrations.

Hosted and embedded calculators use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that tells people from automated programs. It protects businesses from fake quote requests and shows no puzzle to the visitor.

To run this check, Cloudflare collects technical data from the visitor's browser and device, such as the IP address and browser characteristics. This processing is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

A request that looks automated is not discarded: it is marked so that the business can review it.

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and session continuity. We may use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand product usage and marketing performance.

To see how many people visit quotekit.xyz and how fast its pages load, we use the visit and speed statistics of our hosting provider, Vercel. They set no cookies and give us aggregated figures only: pages viewed, the linking site, country, device and browser type, and page load times. They do not identify a visitor and do not follow anyone across other sites. Calculators embedded on a business's own site are not included.

When you open quotekit.xyz from a link that carries campaign marks (for example from an advertisement, or from the "Calculator by QuoteKit" caption under a calculator), we keep those marks in a cookie named qk_src for up to 90 days. If you create an account, they are saved with it, so we know which channel brought the account and which business referred you. The cookie holds the marks of the link only — nothing that identifies you — it is not readable by scripts, is not shared with anyone, and is never set on the pages of calculators.

Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only with consent. Browser settings can also limit or delete cookies.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, and dispute resolution.

Lead and calculator data can be deleted or exported by the business account owner where product controls are available, or by contacting support.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

To make a request, email support@quotekit.xyz. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege operational practices.

Some providers may process data outside your country. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.

We may update this policy as QuoteKit evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, email, or the website.
