This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit quotekit.xyz, create an account, configure a calculator, submit a quote request, or receive notifications through email, phone, Telegram, or similar channels.

Account data can include your name, email address, company name, password authentication data, subscription status, and support messages.

Calculator and lead data can include product selections, dimensions, notes, approximate quote results, customer name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and requested contact time.

Technical data can include IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, cookie identifiers, and logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use personal data to provide QuoteKit, authenticate users, operate hosted calculators, deliver leads to businesses, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data to understand conversion, reliability, and product usage. We do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Paddle or another merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers. Notification channels such as email or Telegram may receive lead details when a business enables those integrations.
