Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to QuoteKit, including quotekit.xyz, hosted calculators, dashboards, embeds, integrations, and related support.

By using QuoteKit, you agree to these Terms. If you use QuoteKit on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

QuoteKit helps businesses configure quote calculators, publish hosted or embedded calculator experiences, collect lead information, and receive notifications through enabled channels.

Quote outputs are estimates based on the configuration supplied by the business. QuoteKit does not guarantee that any estimate is final, profitable, lawful, or suitable for a specific job.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information. We may suspend access if information is false, outdated, or creates operational or legal risk.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, invoices, refunds, and cancellations are handled through Paddle or another merchant of record shown at checkout.

Prices, plan limits, and included features may change. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice when a material paid-plan change affects them.

You can cancel according to the checkout or billing portal flow. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated by the merchant of record.

You remain responsible for the customer data, pricing inputs, formulas, branding, and content you add to QuoteKit.

If you collect leads through QuoteKit, you are responsible for providing any legally required notices to your customers and for using their data lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains how QuoteKit processes personal data.

You may not use QuoteKit to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, scrape or attack the service, bypass plan limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or collect sensitive data that the product is not designed to handle.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when usage threatens security, reliability, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

QuoteKit may connect to third-party services such as payment providers, email providers, Telegram, hosting platforms, analytics tools, and customer websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our control.

QuoteKit and its software, design, trademarks, and documentation belong to QuoteKit or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You keep ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content so we can provide the service.

QuoteKit is provided as available and as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or a specific commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for QuoteKit in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, or business model changes. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
