Overview
QuoteKit subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf.
This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds are available and how to request one.
Subscription refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment on a new plan and have not used the service in a meaningful way (no leads collected, no calculator configured and shared), you may request a full refund of that charge.
Renewals — charges that occur after the initial billing period — are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.
Partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not issued unless required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email yevhen@quote-kit.xyz with the subject line 'Refund request', your account email, the charge date, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Alternatively, Paddle provides a buyer support portal where you can manage billing and raise disputes directly with them as the merchant of record.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the charge. QuoteKit is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank.
Exceptions and legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
If you believe a charge was made fraudulently or without authorisation, contact Paddle's buyer support and your payment provider directly.
Changes
We may update this policy as our billing model or merchant arrangements change. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
